Logistics Information Platform Value Analysis From The Perspective Of Information Economy

Modern logistics is the basic industry of the national economy and plays an important supporting role in economic and social development.After the development since the reform and opening up,China’s logistics industry has made brilliant achievements.However,the development modes are still relatively extensive and the overall level of development is still lagging behind.There are still some problems such as the disorder of logistics order,high logistics costs and the logistics cannot meet the needs of economic and social development.The reform of the supply side and upgrade the overall service level is urgently needed.Logistics information platform plays an important role in the development of modern logistics.The construction of a logistics information platform with reasonable layout,complete functions and friendly interface is of great significance to the promotion of modern logistics development.This requires a full study of the market demand,framework structure and functional modules of the logistics information platform.At present,there are many researches on the construction of logistics information platform.But the value analysis of logistics information platform is still relatively weak and it cannot provide comprehensive and reliable support for the construction of logistics information platform.Therefore,this paper takes the value analysis of logistics information platform as a topic,discusses the value formation and value measurement of logistics information platform and provides guide and reference for the planning and construction of logistics information platform.In terms of research ideas,this paper believes that the mechanism of the value of logistics information platform is: The logistics information platform provides convenient,comprehensive and effective logistics information for all types of entities involved in the logistics supply chain.It helps various entities to obtain the accurate analysis of the logistics market operation status to accurately make effective decisions at the lowest cost thereby reducing the cost of decision-making and improving the effectiveness of decisions.At the same time,taking account into the large number of entities involved in the logistics supply chain,the demand for logistics information from each entity is also inconsistent.According to the different status and role of each entity in logistics activities,this paper divides it into the demand subject,the supply subject and the environmental subject.Combining with the target orientation and influencing factors of each subject,the demand for logistics information exchange is analyzed.Then,from the perspective of information economics,a game model is constructed and the model is analyzed in an equilibrium manner.The value of the logistics information platform is analyzed by comparing the values obtained or the costs incurred by each subject under the conditions of information exchange.The research results show that for the demand subject,supply subject and environmental subject,the information exchange through logistics information platform can bring great benefits.(1)For the demand subject,obtaining information such as service products,service quotations,brand capability and corporate reputation on the supply side of the logistics market through the logistics information platform will be conducive to selecting the most suitable partner and ensuring that the logistics demand can be satisfied in a lower cost,efficiently,safely and accurately way.Through the logistics information platform to accurately obtain the logistics industry’s policy system,standards and norms,development environment and other information,thus forming an effective reference for product development,process design,process organization.Through the release of logistics demand information to attract supply entities to improve logistics services and achieve service transactions.(2)For the supply subjects,through the logistics information platform to fully obtaining the information of product demand,service bids,brand strength,corporate reputation and other information from the logistics market demand side,it is beneficial to select the best partner and ensure that profitable return can be obtained under the condition that the risk is effectively controlled.Obtaining
