With the rapid development of China's market economy,the scientific and professional management of China's modern enterprise management has been improved,and human resources management has received more and more attention from enterprises.The competition for resources in the market has shifted from social resources to competition for talent capital.At the same time,with the improvement of people's living standards,people pay more and more attention to the improvement of their own value.The satisfaction of employees in an enterprise will directly affect the satisfaction of customers,and then affect the production and operation of the enterprise.Employees are the footstone and the lifeblood of an enterprise.Therefore,to understand the status of employees' job satisfaction,and in order to improve employee satisfaction,continue to make effective and targeted incentive policies to stimulate employee creativity and enthusiasm become a significant method of enhancing modern enterprises management,which also draws attention of scholars from all walks of life.As the only pure foreign capital and the only non-banking consumer finance company in the country,HC Company has developed its business scope throughout the country after nearly 10 years of development,and the continuous expansion of the company's scale has exposed serious business management problems.At the same time,in response to the industry crisis,the new business model Aldi project began to be piloted nationwide.The immaturity of the new project has exacerbated the negative evaluation of employees by the company.The team management of HC companies is facing huge challenges,and the employee turnover rate continues The problems of higher enthusiasm,depressed team mood,and low work efficiency have plagued the management of HC.Therefore,a comprehensive and in-depth satisfaction survey was conducted within the HC company,and through in-depth analysis of the survey results,from the perspective of employee needs,to understand the current employee satisfaction with the HC company,and targeted to raise employee satisfaction The degree of advice provides a direction for enterprises to strengthen employee relationship management.Based on the review of domestic and foreign literature on employee satisfaction,this article determines the factors that affect the satisfaction of HC employees through interviews with some employees of the sales department of HC Chengdu.Through questionnaire survey,mining employees' most real job satisfaction in the company,through data analysis and summary classification,the key factors that affect the satisfaction of HC company sales department employees are salary and benefits,work itself and training development aspect.And through specific analysis of these three elements,it puts forward suggestions such as constructing a reasonable salary and welfare system,comprehensively sorting out related work systems,and improving training and development related systems.By enhancing the job satisfaction of HC company employees,Improve employee sense of belonging,and then strengthen enterprise management.
