In today with rapid development,employee satisfaction has become the important factor in the survival and development for enterprises,but at the meanwhile,there is a previous insufficient in the management of employee satisfaction in state-owned enterprises because of its system characteristics.In order to respond to the call of the state and to go through the critical period of deepening reform and development smoothly and steady,state-owned enterprises should focus on the management of employee satisfaction and improve staff efficiency.Based on the study of former's researches,the paper puts forward the measurement model for employee satisfaction and analyzes the status quo and problems of employee satisfaction in SGYS company with its real condition,adopting literature research method,questionnaire and interview method,comparative analysis method and statistical analysis method,and puts forward the analysis of cause from the perspective of enterprises and employees.And based on that foundation,this paper brings out the improvement strategies of employee satisfaction which with reference value from the aspects of performance evaluation,salary and welfare,human resources practice and management mode.Through this research,this paper aims to provide the tactics of improve the employee satisfaction to SGYS company to meet the competitions in social market,helps SGYS company get rid of current dilemma and achieve the win-win situation between enterprises and employees,and provides practical reference value for improving management of employee satisfaction in state-owned enterprises.
