Since the reform and opening-up,China's economy has been showing a trend of steady development,making China the second largest economy entity in the world.The high-speed economic growth has brought heavy work pressure and meanwhile,reduced the satisfaction of employee,shown as the reduction of enterprise labor efficiency and increase of employee turnover rate and absenteeism rate.Employee satisfaction degree is an important indicator to measure the sustainability and growth balance of the enterprise.It is the inherent motive for the healthy development of the enterprise.An enterprise must satisfy its employee,so that employee can satisfy the employers and customers,and enterprises can achieve long-term and healthy profit growth.The influencing factors of employee satisfaction degree vary in different industries and enterprises.In view of the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises,,the improvement of employee satisfaction degree in enterprises can be more instructive only when combining with the characteristics of enterprises and their employee.With the rapid economic development in China,the market environment of transformer R&D and manufacturing industry has also changed greatly.For instance,DB Company is a wholly state-owned third-level company of State Grid Co.,Ltd.Despite the fact that its transformer output ranks the top three in the national industry,and\it has grown into the backbone manufacturer of large-scale electrical equipment in China after more than 60 years of continuous development,making it the first group of domestic transformer R&D and manufacturing enterprises,the employee of the enterprise are not"satisfied".,which has laid a hidden danger for the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.This survey uses literature research,questionnaire survey,interview research and statistical analysis to analyze the current satisfaction degree of DB company.Through effective analysis of the overall satisfaction degree and various dimensions of the satisfaction of the enterprise,we find out the key factors affecting the employee satisfaction degree of the enterprise.SPSS and EXCEL software were used to analyze the average value and standard deviation of the second-level satisfaction index of employee satisfaction degree of DB company,and ranked the average satisfaction of each index.By testing the difference of satisfaction among different types of employee,it is found that DB company has low satisfaction in terms of "job return and development" and "work environment and background".Some suggestions are put forward,such as adjusting salary system,improving welfare system,establishing fair reward and punishment mechanism,and improving staff growth and growth channels.This questionnaire survey also included ranking the weights of the satisfaction indicators.It is convenient for enterprises to quickly find the satisfaction factors with relatively low satisfaction scores,but employees think that they are of high importance.It is helpful to invest the limited enterprise resources in improving the satisfaction of employee with high performance-price ratio.At the same time,the research papers on employee satisfaction of solely state-owned power transformer R&D and manufacturing enterprises are relatively rare.It is hoped that through the investigation and research on employee satisfaction degree of DB company,a typical domestic transformer R&D and manufacturing enterprise,the present situation of employee satisfaction degree of other transformer R&D and manufacturing enterprises in China can be reflected to a certain extent.It is also expected that the research and promotion strategy can provide some reference and guidance for other enterprises in the same industry.
