New policy of Salt Industry has announced,which means Salt stepping into marketing.Therefore,all Salt companies decide sales price,production and vendors independently.Region sales restriction no longer exists and becomes more competitive.There are two kinds of Salt company.First kind is the company of buy-to-sale for its lack of capacity and the others is of produce-to-sale which is the domain in salt market.Under the circumstances of new salt policy,there are more than co-operation between these companies,included competition,profit-sharing,the combination of competition and co-operation.For the company of buy-to-sale,the only way to satisfy the region salt demand is looking for the co-operation with produce-to-sale company,with the legal and cost restriction.However,the successful co-operation depends on the profit volume of produce-to-sale company.With the surrounding of competition and cooperation,the study try to find out two answers.The first one is which one is the best supplier for the type of purchase company and what's the key point.The second one is which modes they will choose and which one is the best one for each and both.As a result,the paper study both the supplier selection and competition and cooperation relationship between two types companies.For the first question,we invited experienced experts to choose the key factors which will be considering when choosing the suppliers using questionnaires.Then use the AHP to calculate the weights between the factors,and build the salt company supplier chosen model;For the second one,we build four improved court modes to figure out the equilibrium results for each or both company.Then compare the results.After that,we will endure which modes is the best modes for then.With the study,they can make the right strategy to get the largest profits.In the end,through supplier chosen model,it is found that the cooperation willingness of suppliers is an important factor for the buy-to-sale company.Besides,the willingness of suppliers is affected by the profit of competition and cooperation.Through the cournot model,it is found that two types of salt company will choose the profit sharing strategy as their best strategy under the specific parameters m&k.At last,the founding can give some suggestion to the buy-to-sale salt company about the best supplier chosen,and help the produce-to-sale company making decision.It helps to encourage two type of company to achieve win-win.
