With the development of supply chain in the modern industry more and more mature, purchasing and supply department has become an increasingly important place in the enterprise. Excellent supplier management level has become a competitive advantage of enterprise, and supplier evaluation work as the starting point of enterprise management and control of supplier resources. If enterprises set up a scientific and effective and suitable for their own characteristics of supplier evaluation system, it can know the supplier's production situation and product price information in time, to obtain a reasonable purchase price and conditions, quality of delivery and after-sales service, and to ensure that procurement product quality and timely delivery, can even integrate suppliers to product production and the design process, in order to establish long-term stable cooperative partners and strategic alliance to lay a solid foundation.FOLAT company as a Dutch company combined with the procurement division of the foreign capital enterprise, due to the lack of enough attention for the management of the suppliers, especially in terms of supplier evaluation has many problems, which greatly hindered the development of FOLAT company. Based on the present situation, designed the optimization of FOLAT company supplier evaluation.Based on FOLAT company as the research object, this paper tries to accurately describe the original supplier assessment of solutions on the basis of the optimization, in order to enhance FOLAT company supplier for cooperation. Therefore, this article first reviewed the comprehensive theory of supplier evaluation and development present situation, provide theoretical support for the later development; Secondly, this paper, by means of data analysis and questionnaire survey, investigation of the current situation of the original supplier assessment scheme and analyzes the deficiency and the reasons behind; Finally, this article from the following three aspects: put forward the optimized FOLAT company supplier evaluation plan, build a set of operable, pertinence and supplier assessment of the scientific plan. The first method is based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process the design idea of perfecting its supplier evaluation of selection scheme; The second method is proposed based on supplier performance appraisal refinement reasonable supplier performance evaluation mechanism; Third, extension from the aspects of suppliers rewards and punishment interferes with the spirit level of the supplier's incentive scheme.Optimized FOLAT company supplier assessment scheme after a period of time, effectively improved the FOLAT company cooperation satisfaction and enthusiasm of the suppliers, the previous supplier complaints evaluation unfair, negative cooperation to effectively improve the condition of the strategic cooperation between the supplier and the cohesion has been enhanced obviously.
