Research On Cost Control Of Equipment Management Of Coal Inspection Technique Center Of Qinhuangdao Customs

With the continuous implementation of new development concepts and the continuous advancement of supply-side structural reform,combined with the new requirements of Hebei Province for Qinhuangdao port optimization transformation and upgrading strategy,the extensive economy has long been abandoned by the times,and coal trade has passed the golden age.As the main participant in the market,cost is an important factor to determine profits in the market operation activities.How to control cost in a reasonable or even minimum range is the goal that every enterprise constantly pursues.This paper studies the cost control of equipment management in Qinhuangdao Customs Coal Inspection Center through the comprehensive application of cost control related knowledge theory.Firstly,this paper combs and introduces the cost control,lean management and Deming’s cycle theory.This paper expounds the theoretical research of total cost control and equipment management,which provides theoretical and methodological support for the follow-up cost control research in this paper.Secondly,through the elaboration of the current situation of Qinhuangdao Customs Coal Inspection Center and its equipment management cost control,the problems of equipment management cost control are found out,and the causes of the problems are analyzed,which provides a basis for the subsequent cost control program improvement.Thirdly,based on the above theories and the current situation of cost control,the improvement scheme of cost control is designed.Guided by the basic requirements of lean thinking,the framework of the scheme is designed;the cost control scheme of several parts of equipment management cost,including material,manpower and quality,is studied,designed and implemented by using the comprehensive cost control method,which improves the deficiency of lean aspect in the cost control of equipment management in the coal inspection center;and the overall cost control method is applied to complete the cost control of equipment management in the coal inspection center.When the implementation path of this control is implemented,the corresponding theory is used to analyze andimplement the scheme.Finally,from the Three Implementation Paths of comprehensive cost control,as well as the system,culture,information and other aspects,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures to improve the implementation of the program.
