F food company was constituted in March 2001.It is a small and medium food processing enterprises with modern technology to process vegetables and fruits and make can and fruit juices.In recent years,the company introduce advanced production equipment,expands product category,make more efforts to improve the efficiency of production and processing.So the competitiveness of F food company is increasing and it achieve better economic benefits.But as a traditional small and medium enterprises,the company also face a lot of development bottlenecks.There are many difficulties in the business development of F food company.It is urgent to explore and improve the production management model,improve the efficiency of production to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition.Lean production mode pursues high efficiency and rationality of production products.It plays a very important role in promoting and contributing to the manufacturing industry.Its central idea is to eliminate all inefficient labor and waste,continue to reduce costs,produce a certain amount of products and meet quality standards within the necessary time.Quality cost control is a concept which is often referred by enterprise in management process.It is a key link in the process of cost control and it is often pursued by today's enterprise management to ensure that they can achieve their fixed goals in all activities.It is also a concept that uses all kinds of methods to make the quality cost of products meet the standard.Small and medium-sized enterprises as the largest group in Chinese enterprises,with the gradually increased competition of the market,enterprise development faces many practical difficulties.By means of taking F food company as an example,researching on quality cost control of enterprise products in Lean production mode,it is extensively representative,operability and reference.This paper studies on controlling the quality cost of produce and the lean production mode of the enterprise.Through the analysis of F food company's development situation and practical problems,especially the deficiencies in production,such as when the product is in production,the quality cost control of the product is not enough and as well as the quality cost control system is imperfect and so on.And to study and resolve these problems.The main method is to strengthen the awareness of the decision-makers in the lean production mode,combine the Deming circulation,Dix sigma management,Control chart and so on,to improve the enterprise quality cost control system,and then promote the organic integration of lean production and quality cost control.Mix Lean production and Quality cost control together,and achieve the maximum optimization of the whole process of product production,so that the company can control cost effectively,and the wastes are reduced to the maximum.In the end,it will be balanced development between quality and cost.Purpose of this article is to utilize theory to guide the practice,mutual the quality cost control and actual requirement of the product in lean production mode to guarantee maximization of enterprise benefits.
