A Study On The Land Reform Movement In The Suburbs Of Fuzhou City In The Early Period Of The Founding Of The People’s Republic Of China

At the beginning of the founding of The People’s Republic of China,in order to consolidate the new state power,the Communist Party of China led a vigorous land reform movement in the new liberated areas throughout the country,making hundreds of millions of peasants the masters of land,which is one of the most profound changes in Chinese history.This paper mainly studies the overall process of the land reform movement in the suburbs of Fuzhou in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.The first chapter introduces the historical background of the land reform in the suburbs of Fuzhou.On the basis of the introduction of the land reform in the new areas of the whole country and Fujian Province,it fully analyses the special situation of Fuzhou in carrying out the land reform.Chapter 2 combs the whole process of land reform in Fuzhou suburbs in detail,from the preparation of various work in the stage of land reform to the pilot implementation of rural reform until the beginning of all-round land reform in Fuzhou suburbs.The third chapter analyses the achievements and limitations of the suburban land reform in Fuzhou,and summarizes the experience and lessons of the suburban land reform in Fuzhou.Chapter 4 seeks to explore the internal logic of the CPC movement and make an objective evaluation of the land reform in Fuzhou suburbs on the basis of the full text.Throughout the process of land reform in the suburbs of Fuzhou,the CPC Fuzhou Municipal Committee has earnestly implemented the relevant policies of the CPC Central Committee and Fujian Provincial Committee,carefully prepared,orderly promoted and achieved brilliant results.After the land reform in the suburbs of Fuzhou,the ownership of land has been established,so that the majority of farmers have obtained their own land.The grass-roots organizations and cadres at all levels of the Communist Party of China have also been perfected and refined in this campaign,laying the foundation for the consolidation and management of the new regime.However,due to various reasons,there are also some mistakes in the land reform in the suburbs of Fuzhou,such as the uneven contingent of cadres in the land reform,the incomplete anti-counterrevolutionary movement,and the emergence of individual excessive acts,resulting in adverse effects.The lessons brought about by these problems can not be ignored,and they deserve our deep reflection.
