Research On The Design Of Funds Management System For Di Li Group Company

Currently one of the important ways of fund management in group enterprise is toestablish the centralized fund management pattern. By building this model, and underthe combination with the use of modern information network technology to aim at theGroup’s capital uniform collection, uniform distribution, centralized management, inorder to achieving the ultimate goal of making the capital efficiency maximized.Since2008, in order to stabilize volatility in agricultural prices, balanced thesupply and demand in agricultural markets, ensure the basic living needs of the people,the State Council, together with the central ministries corresponding issued a series ofpolicies and initiatives to protecting the circulation of agricultural products. Relatedinitiatives issued by central ministries for implementing the circulation of agriculturalproducts have been provided policy support in the implementation of agricultural storeand expand the business scale of the project for the Di Li Group. It also requires the DiLi Group making more efforts in financial management, taking a highly centralizedmanagement model in capital management, improving efficiency in the use of funds andultimately making the entire Group’s strategic objectives come true.By studying in the Di Li Group, the author had personal experience to the impactof the entire enterprise under the lagging fund management. By using of theoreticalapproaches that the author has mastered, carefully observing of the existing fundmanagement in Di Li group, pointing out the main problems and analyze its causation,The author elaborated the need for leading the fund centralized management model intothe Di Li Group in order to designed fund centralized management solutions whichconsistent with Di Li Group’s industry-specific solutions and meet its actual situation.This paper tries to solve practical problems of capital management problems in Di LiGroup, and proposed some safeguards for the system has been designed, hope that othergroup companies have a certain significance on the design of centralized capitalmanagement model.
