The state-owned commercial bank has been leading the core of China's banking industry,the assets of the rich,scale is huge,and the number of institutions of social policy convenient give full play to the leading role of the state-owned commercial banks,effectively promote the sustainable development of economy in our country,to improve the stability of China's financial.The presence of foreign banks and the rapid development of joint-stock banks,making China's banking market continues to extend outward,the competition among the industry also appears white hot state.Preemption and compete for customers and mining deeply in the past,between the major banks hot competition is mainly the market share;now,banks have adjusted the competition strategy,through the temptation of the high paying,high benefits,promises of promotion into the bank outstanding talents,to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Talent competition strategy to speed up the Bank of the flow of talents,and the phenomenon of talent flow in state-owned commercial banks is the most serious,the flow of talent from state-owned commercial banks in a large extent affect bank financial resources,customer resources and management resources,if the brain drain,it means that enterprise financial resources,customer resources and management of resources flow to other banks,the banks have to bear huge losses.This paper mainly uses the method of literature review,SWOT analysis,comparative analysis,field research method,through a large number of literature,and online reading related books,the literature on enterprise talent loss and summary of concept,elaborated the definition of the basic concept of state-owned commercial bank,the core of talent and talent loss.And introduces the basic types of domestic and foreign talents;combined with field survey and data analysis,the main reason for consolidation of employee turnover;secondly,the state-owned commercial banks,China Construction Bank branch in Jiangxi Province as an example,describes the Jiangxi Province branch of the current situation of brain drain of state-owned commercial bank,A Bank branch in Jiangxi province talent turnover characteristics,state-owned the loss of key employees of commercial banks,state-owned commercial banks,the loss of key employees and employees on the job expectation of harm;Comparative study.Finally,by using the SWOT analysis summarizes the state-run commercial bank should be the core of the brain drain of countermeasures and suggestions,through the human resources rational planning,attention to the brain drain,perfect the system of personnelmanagement,employee development space to expand,widen the channels of promotion,to build a harmonious,unique characteristics of the corporate culture,reflect the humanistic spirit of enterprise,to show the essence of corporate culture,let employees in the enterprise find a sense of belonging,let employees also can through the efforts will fully embody self value and reduce the wastage rate of the core.
