Research On Business Change Process Improvement Of Transnational SCM On W Company

In the fierce competition in the global market,enterprises are facing the ever-changing market environment and increasingly diversified customer needs.The response of traditional business model to the market is becoming more and more passive and slow.Therefore,many new management theories and methods have emerged to help enterprises cope with this dilemma.For example,computer aided design,flexible manufacturing,just-in-time production,manufacturing resource planning(MRP)etc.,these methods have their own advantages,but in terms of operational flexibility and fast meeting customer needs,Supply Chain Management(SCM)is the most popular one.W Company is a global manufacturer and distributor of industrial moulds.Founded in Japan in 1960 s,the company has gradually developed from Japan to global in these 50 years.The products it operates are not only of its own,but also the products of more than 2000 suppliers.W company’s SCM has been fruitfully practiced for many years.However,with the continuous change of market,new problems arise.The analysis and improvement of these processes are of great positive significance to improve the value of enterprises.By discussing the background of SCM and the concepts of SCM,this paper takes the business change process in W company’s transnational supply chain as the research object,combines SCM theory and business process improvement theory,analyses the status quo and problems of W company’s transnational SCM,and its transnational industry.The process of business change is analyzed emphatically,and the improvement plan is put forward and implemented,and also puts forward the guarantee measures for the implementation of the scheme and evaluates the effect of the process improvement.Practice has proved that the improvement improves the operation efficiency of W company’s transnational business change process,improves customer satisfaction and supplier satisfaction,and achieves the desired results.The research results of this paper can provide reference for business change process improvement of similar enterprises.
