Research On Global Supply Chain Based E-business Mode

As development of IT leads to the change of traditional international trade mode, all of enterprise, users, suppliers related to trade and business are generally enclosed with current IT system. This kind of E-business mode based on internet/intranet, cut the unnecessary process, smooth the transfer of global information and resources, optimize the international trade.As E-business is developping from EDI to trade cooperation phase which is supported by global supply chain, it becomes much more multifunctional. It has to get the fastest and newest information from all around the world, and then take the planning, coordination, operation and optimization into action. Therefore, it is essential to combine global supply chain into international trade process. In this way, E-business can realize the integration and quick respond of the exact demand from the customer all around the world, and the combination of global supply chain with E-business has become the critical way to gain the competitive power for company.There are five chapters in this text. Firstly, the evolution related to E-business mode based on global supply chain is discussed. Based on global supply chain, this kind of E-business mode can respond to the demand of market in the fastest way. The integration and optimization of the resource both inside and outside the industry can reduce the cost, cut the unnecessary link in the business, and widen the E-business working range which is used to be negotiation, sign of contract, delivery, and payment to planning, quality control and sourcing. Meanwhile, E-business is the way to accelerate the circulation and sharing of information. In this regard, this business mode also has very important significance to China international trade enterprises.
