At present,with the continuous development of knowledge economy,knowledge workers engaged in the knowledge requirements of the industry,and gradually become the backbone of the enterprise,is the object of contemporary enterprises focus on,but also the core competitiveness of enterprises.There is such a group in the intel ectual group,they compared with 70,80,has its own characteristics,such as thought,pursuit of freedom and personal independence of conduct self,this is 90 knowledge workers,knowledge workers now 90 more and more into the workplace,and become the core of each enterprise,of course,the Internet business is not exception.Therefore,how to effectively manage and motivate 90 knowledge workers,ful y explore their creativity,improve their work enthusiasm,enhance their loyalty to the enterprise,is the need to study and solve the problems of contemporary human resource management.At present,many domestic Internet companies for the 90 knowledge workers lack of understanding,leading to 90 knowledge workers cannot get a comprehensive development,resulting in rising labor costs and the waste of human resources,and even cause the loss of knowledge workers after 90.Therefore,the incentive for them is an important part of human resource management in modern enterprises.At present,the research at home and abroad,put more focus on the study of knowledge workers,and rarely involved in the study of knowledge workers.Although 90 is knowledge workers knowledge employees a part,but due to the different cast of their social environme nt and family environment has its own unique personality,so that knowledge workers are different from 90 after 70,80 knowledge workers in many aspects.The traditional salary system has the incentive defects to the knowledge workers after 90,which is not conducive to the motivation of knowledge workers after 90,so it gradually presents the trend of incentive research from two aspects of internal and external salary.Through a large number of reading and collecting relevant literature at home and abroad,on this basis,this paper mainly from the following aspects of theoretical research and empirica l analysis.(1)Firstly,it defines the concept of knowledge workers and salary incentive,and analyzes the characteristics of knowledge workers after the internet.(2)From the two aspects of internal and external salary compensation to explore the important factors affecting 90 incentive of knowledge workers,and face-to-face intervie ws to 90 knowledge based employees of Internet companies,and according to interview results put forward the relevant research hypotheses,and based on the assumption of the questionnaire design and survey the.(3)Use statistical methods to analyze the collected data,so as to further understand the various factors affecting compensation incentive degree of 90 of the knowledge workers,so as to provide the basis for the construction of knowledge incentive model of Internet companies 90 employees compensation.This thesis mainly uses the qualitative and quantitative research methods,on the base of the analysis and induction of the previous research results,we find that the existing problems from the theoretical research,which provides a certain reference for the theory and method of knowledge of 90 employees incentive problems,but also provides practical guidance for how to motivate knowledge 90 the staff of Internet companies.
