The focus of competition between businesses were transferred with the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, material resources is no longer the competitive advantage in the security business, and the intellectual capital has become to be the source of survive and development in the fierce market competition. Knowledge workers become to be the core strength which can promote enterprise development and achieve corporate strategic objectives, so as to the high-tech enterprises. The knowledge workers is a group which have the creative spirit and rely on intelligence to work., their initiative is so important for enterprises to improve their innovation capability, competitive advantage to win the market is significant. It is become to the problem for managers thinking that how to build a scientific incentive mechanisms to attract and retain knowledge workers, arouse their enthusiasm and creativity to work so as to maximize their own potentialThe main line of this paper is giving questions,analyzing problems and solving the problems. The Paper includes five parts, the first chapter points out the significance and the research goal, carries on the analysis to the domestic and foreign knowledge workers motivate theory and also indications the innovation and shortages in this thesis; chapter II of this paper talked to the theory in this passage, defined the content and knowledge workers, and analyzed the basic principles of motivation and the contents of the driving theory, process theory of motivation and comprehensive motivation theory; in the third part, the author analyzed the problems in AD company by questionnaire, explained the reasons which caused the problems; Chapter IV pointed out the designing principles and ideas of the knowledge workers integrated incentive mechanism, build the knowledge worker incentives on the basis of needs analysis in AD company; the fifth chapter is the focus in this paper, the author suggested the managers can from positive incentives and negative incentives perspective to build the knowledge workers integrated incentive mechanism, including material motivation, job designing, corporate culture motivation, organizational environment motivation, personal development motivation and the contract motivation. This paper can have a positive reference and guidance not only for the AD company, but also for other domestic high-tech enterprise knowledge workers inspiring.
