State-owned enterprises are an important part of national economic development and the lifeblood of national economic development.Employees of state-owned enterprises continue to exert their work enthusiasm and creativity,which is an inexhaustible driving force to promote the development of state-owned enterprises.Salary incentive system is an important part of human resource management in state-owned enterprises,and its incentive role for employees can't be ignored.However,from the current situation of the implementation of salary incentive system in state-owned enterprises,the salary incentive system in state-owned enterprises has not played an effective role in staff incentive,and there are still many problems in its system.This paper takes the state-owned Z enterprise as an example,and conducts an empirical study on the salary incentive mechanism of knowledge workers in state-owned enterprises.Firstly,according to the characteristics and concept of knowledge workers in state-owned enterprises,this paper puts forward the principles that should be followed in salary incentive for knowledge workers in state-owned enterprises.Secondly,in the process of investigation,the demographic characteristics of the existing knowledge workers in state-owned Z enterprises are clarified,and the salary system and salary management system of knowledge workers in enterprises are analyzed.According to the results of investigation and analysis of salary incentive satisfaction of knowledge workers in state-owned Z enterprises,the main problems existing in salary incentive mechanism of state-owned Z enterprises are put forward.Relevant theory of incentive has put forward the design purpose and method of incentive mechanism for knowledge workers in state-owned Z enterprises.According to the construction principles of difference,fairness,economy and incentive,this paper designs an optimal incentive scheme for knowledge workers in state-owned Z enterprises from three aspects: salary system,performance management of salarysystem and combination incentive mode.Finally,from the three aspects of salary incentive promotion,communication and evaluation,this paper puts forward some supporting measures to promote the effective implementation of salary incentive mechanism for knowledge workers in state-owned Z enterprises.This paper establishes a relatively perfect salary incentive mechanism for knowledge workers in state-owned enterprises,which is of great practical significance for Z enterprises to further improve human resources management,especially the management of knowledge workers in state-owned enterprises.
