With the development of market-economy,the management of human resources plays an important role in the state-owned enterprises.It may say,the competition between enterprises is the competition between human resources.Salary encouragement mechanism not only plays an important role in the field of human resources,but also elevates employees' initiative for working and digs employee's potential.By analyzing the current situation of COSCO Shanghai International Freight Co.,Ltd.(below abbreviation COSFRESH),the thesis proposes reforming suggestion to promote the competition of COSFRESH in her marketing progress.By means of comparing analytic approach,theory analytic approach and diagram method,the thesis researches and analyzes the salary motivation mechanism of COSFRESH.Afterwards,the thesis puts forwards the resolving methods and the relevant necessary steps.Finally,the thesis gains a conclusion:1.Currently, COSFRESH lacks the right salary motivation mechanism,which seriously affects the improvement of COSFRESH's management efficiency and her core competition.2. The rightful salary system should be established on the basis of a fairly and objectivc performance management system.3.The right salary system will enhance the efficiency of the encouragement of employee.4.When boosting the salary system reforming,the state-owned enterprises should establish the effective human resources mechanism,perfect the exchanging mechanism of human resources,establish a rational training system to ensure the implement of the new salary encouragement mechanism.
