With the development of market economy,value of enterpriser is more and more importance. The research subject of this article is the manager encouraging question in state-run enterprises,The preclude analyses the reality and theory significance of the question discussing,evaluate the research status domestic and abroad.Through mainly expounds some important concepts related to research questions,and retrospect to the history of state--run enterprises,The research subject of this article have two aspect of incentive for the operator of state-owned corporation: short-term and long-term.a research on short-term material incentive mode for the operator of state-owned corporation, taking the key analysis on the operators' year-salary system. In analyzing effects of year-salary system,this article bring forward the principle of self-preservation implementing year-salary system. In order to solve these problems we work out some measures. In the base of analyzing obstacles of year-salary system,we work out some measures.stock right incentive system is a long-term system for the operator of state-owned corporation,a key research is conducted on the operators' stock right incentive in china's state-owned corporations,analyzing characters of stock option,some obstacles to implement stock future right under the present situation, some measures.In some practices, we work out a result that the mode of the combine of year-salary system and stock right incentive system.Finally, this article introduces two case: the holding companies of W group's year-salary system and stock right incentive of SINOPEC, these cases will have a help to reform of salary of china's state-owned corporations.
