With the development of agricultural land system in China,Transfer of agricultural land has become important way trend to build modern agriculture and realize improvement of quality and efficiency of agriculture. However, progress and scale of Farmland transfer are largely determined by level of cognition of farmers as direct beneficiaries and risk bearers of Farmland transfer. Therefore,a comprehensive and scientific analysis and grasp of farmers' cognitive level of Farmland transfer and its influencing factors appear very important. To analyze and clarify influencing factors of Farmers' cognition on Farmland transfer, this study based on Farmland transfer in Liangzhou district, scientifically defined the concept of Farmers' cognition on Farmland transfer.Through field investigation and literature inquiry,Amos structural equation model was adopted to scientifically divide the cognition dimensions of farmers on Farmland transfer, and to construct the theoretical system, develop Cognitive scale and test reliability and validity of cognition on Farmland transfer. On the basis of first-order exploratory factor analysis and second-order exploratory factor analysis, software sps.22 and Logistic model were used to systematically analyze the factors affecting cognition of farmers with Farmland transfer. Conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The cognition of farmers on Farmland transfer is a subjective judgment on farmland transfer from perspective of farmers, and subjective judgment on the subject, object, function and function of Farmland transfer starting from emotion or will of individual farmers. It includes a subjective judgment of farmers' behavioral decision-making and evaluation on the basis of Transfer cognition, and it is also a concept group with multiple dimensions. The cognition on farmland transfer is mainly composed of four dimensions: cognition of Farmland transfer ownership transfer, cognition of farmland transfer value, the cognition of Farmland transfer income and the cognition of farmland transfer duration.(2)The overall reliability of the scale is 0.745 > 0.700,and the reliability coefficients of each dimension are 0.745,0.783,0.784 and 0.821,all of which are larger than 0.7,indicating that the scale has a high consistency. The factor loading coefficients of farmers' cognition in the four dimensions of Farmland transfer are all greater than 0.500,which indicates that each variable can better explain its indicator variable, and model has a high intrinsic quality and a relatively ideal validity. In addition, through the first and second order confirmatory factor analysis, thefactor loading coefficients of measure variables are all greater than 0.500,and the significance level test of 5% indicates that the model has a good convergence validity.(3)According to 785 questionnaires, cognition level of farmers with Farmland transfer is mainly between 3.0-3.5,accounting for 23.30%.The cognitive level of ownership transfer was mainly between 3.0 and 3.5,accounting for 28.69%.The value cognition level is mainly between 2.5 and 3.0,accounting for 22.83%.The cognition level of Farmland transfer income is mainly between 3.0-3.5,accounting for 26.81%.The cognitive level of term is mainly concentrated between 2.5 and 3.0,which accounts for 18.97%.(4)Through empirical analysis of cognition of farmers on Farmland transfer,it is not difficult to find that influencing factors of cognition of farmers on Farmland transfer are mainly the age of the interviewed farmers, whether they are village cadres, educational level of the interviewed farmers, household structure of farmers, number of permanent household labor force and the proportion of non-agricultural income of families.Among them, age of farmers and whether the village cadres have a great influence on the cognitive behavior level of farmers who continue to carry out Farmland transfer in the research area.Whether interviewed farmers are party members of the communist party of China(CPC),education and education level, family size and family type of interviewed farmers have a great influence on cognition level of farmers carrying out continuous Farmland transfer in the research area, and this influence is to promote Farmland transfer. The household labor force population and proportion of non-agricultural income of interviewed household households have a certain impact on the cognition level of the farmers who continue to carry out Farmland transfer in the research area.
