In the future, the problem of “ who will plant the land ” in the country is becoming increasingly prominent.Farmers from the village are potential cultivation targets for endogenous agricultural management large households.Compared with exogenous capital large households, they have a non-negligible advantage in forming a stable governance structure, reducing production costs, and increasing agricultural income. In order to further promote the diversification of village agricultural land circulation market and stabilize the long-term development,it is particularly necessary to have a deeper understanding of the current farmers' willingness on farmland transfer within the village.By sorting out the literature,we find that many scholars are concerned about the farmer's cognition of land property rights factors in farmland circulation, but they basically focus on the overall situation of farmer's property rights cognition and ignore the rights of various parts when dealing with explanatory variables. The reality is that the farmers' understanding of the right to use the farmland, such as contracted management rights,is basically in line with the law,but the perception of farmland ownership is very confusing. We need to realize that:Farmers' incorrect understanding of farmland ownership may have a non-negligible impact on their farmland disposal behavior and willingness. In addition, there have been more studies on the farmer's cognition of farmland ownership which stayed in the descriptive statistics analysis stage, even when it comes to the analysis of influencing factors, most of them are also based on the logical derivation of concepts. There is little to establish a more accurate statistical model to objectively analyze the research of its influence direction and mechanism. Therefore,in light of the current background, this study believes that is necessary to understand farmers' current cognition of farmland ownership and systematically analyzing the influencing factors that affect the farmer's farmland ownership cognition deviating from legal regulations, and exploring its influence on the farmers' willingness of farmland transfer-in under this cognitive status.Based on this, this study is based on empirical data from 330 sample farm households in Xiajin Countyof Shandong Province.Through relevant description analysis and establishment of logistic regression model, the research findings are as follows:First, the farmer's cognition of farm ownership shows a high degree of "non-collectivization" and "nationalization." More than half of them believe that farmland is owned by the state, and less than 20% of farmers have a clear understanding of that the farmland is owned collectively by the peasants. The "non-collectivization" trend of male and female farmers' ownership cognition is different.Men are more inclined to think that farmland ownership belongs to the state, while women are more inclined to the individual household. Most of the farmers believe that the ownership of farmland is of certain importance, and there are 30% of farmers believe it is very important among them. The variables such as education level, health status, understanding of land policies, type of family income, family economic status, family social status, and whether there is a village cadre in the household or not have a significant impact on farmer's cognition of farmland ownership.Among them, the variables such as education level, understanding of land policies, family economic status and family social status have a significant impact on farmers' cognition of farmland ownership in the selection of“state ownership”and“collective ownership”;The variables such as education level, health status, family income type, family economic status, family social status and whether there is a village cadre in the household or not have a significant impact on farmers' cognition of farmland ownership in the selection of “farmer ownership” and “collective ownership”.Secondly,as a whole, the farmers' farmland transfer-in willingness is low,and only about one-third of the farmers are willing to transfer in farmland.A further survey was conducted on the samples of 120 farmers who were willing to transfer in farmland to understand their expectations for the way of farmland circulation. The results show that most farmers expect to agree on a fixed period with the transferee, and they prefer the short-term period(1-10 years);More than half of people don't care about the relationship with the transference,as long as they have land; Most farmers prefer to transfer in farmland through self-negotiation.In addition to about 20% offarmers who was indifferent to whether they need to sign a agreement or not, there are no difference between the number of farmers who expect to sign a written agreement and the number of farmers who believe that “oral agreement is OK”.Most of the farmers said that they will give priority to prices, quality of farmland, and the condition of infrastructure when they are transferred in farmland;half of the farmer's expectations for price of farmland transfer-in is 400 yuan or less.Third, the farmers who think that the farmland is owned by the state are more willing to transfer in farmland than those who believe that the farmland is owned by the collective; There is no significant difference in the inward transferring willingness between the farmers who consider that the farmland belong to themselves and the farmers who believe that the farmland is collectively owned. In addition, the younger the age,the larger the total family workforce, the smaller the proportion of non-agricultural household labor, and there is agricultural machinery in their house, the higher the willingness of farmland transfer-in;The single family is more willing to transfer in farmland than the nuclear family;Farmers in different regions have different willingness to transfer in farmland; With further control of the farmland ownership cognition variable, farmers who understand the land policy are more willing to transfer in farmland than those farmers who don't.
