As a traditional form of salary payment,piece rate fully exerts the material incentive effect.It is widely used in the salary system of modern enterprises,which is an important part of piecework salary system,because it can be quantified,fulfilled in time,and reflects the distribution principle of “distribution according to work,more work and more”.Piecework salary system not only mobilizes the enthusiasm of employees,increases employee income,clarifies work standards,and improves work efficiency and management costs.This paper first reviews the domestic and international research on the effect of salary incentives and its influencing factors.According to the background and scope of Z company's current piecework remuneration system,it is assumed that salary satisfaction,satisfaction with other factors other than salary and employee personal factors are the main factors affecting the incentive effect of piece-rate.In order to verify the relevance,this study used questionnaires to collect 216 valid questionnaires,and then used SPSS software to conduct statistical analysis of the questionnaire results.The study found that the four components of Z company's piecework remuneration,such as the basic salary,piece-rate wage,welfare allowance and other factors other than compensation,are basically related to incentive effect.Individual characteristic factors such as position,gender,age,education,and length of service are positively correlated with incentive effects,and the correlation between different factors and satisfaction of each component is significantly different.On the basis of this research,this paper puts forward suggestions for improving the design of piece-rate wages,strictly controlling the risk of piece-rate wages,and improving the overall salary satisfaction in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise.It is hoped that it will help to improve Z's piecework remuneration and improve salary incentives and competitiveness.This paper is mainly composed of the following six parts: The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,significance,purpose,design ideas and content of the topic and the research methods.The second chapter is a literature review,which mainly summarizes the domestic and international research on the development of piecework remuneration,related theories,evaluation of salary incentive effects and related research on influencing factors.The third chapter is the case introduction,which takes Z company as a case to describe the specific background and current status of the implementation of the piece-rate salary system.The fourth chapter is the case study,which mainly analyzes the incentive effect and influencing factors of Z company's piece-rate salary system through the six-post personnel who implement the piece-counting of Z company,and analyzes Z's current piecework remuneration from the survey data and information.The fifth chapter is the optimization suggestion.Based on the survey and analysis results in Chapter 4,this chapter expounds the shortcomings of Z company's piecework remuneration,and proposes specific improvement directions and countermeasures.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.It mainly summarizes some conclusions of the empirical research in this paper,and puts forward some limitations of this research and the direction that may continue to be studied in the future.This paper takes the piecework pay institution of Z company for various jobs as the research object,and fully combines the actual situation of the company with the relevant theory of piecework remuneration,to supplement the research perspective of piecework remuneration.And using simple statistics,correlation,non-parametric test and other research methods,the relationship between the incentive effect of piecework remuneration and the influencing factors,and the relationship between the individual factors of the respondents and the incentive effect of the piece-rates,and the influencing factors are analyzed.The salary system has been evaluated objectively and comprehensively,and it also provides a concrete basis for improving the piecework remuneration system of Z Company.
