Under the era of knowledge economy, the status of the human resources development and encourage rising gradually, as to attract, retain and motivate employees who suitable for the enterprises, making them creating high-performance and realizing enterprise's profit income, the salary providing has important significance. Motivating staff through the salary management and improving the pay and incentive mechanisms is one of salary management's focal points.On the basis of salary management and incentive salary theoretical research, considering comprehensively from various angles of alary system, bonus, welfare, intrinsic salary, around the salary and incentive mechanisms, the article designs the enterprise salary management system with incentive-oriented. That's to say, to realize the enterprise salary management system's drive guidance goal, the article designs position-points salary point system which focus on performance and has several combinations, and pays great attention to the incentive function of the bonus, the elastic welfare as well as the intrinsic salary, then increases relevant supporting and improved measures.
