After the policy of the Reform and Opening up,China began to implement the socialist economic system.Private enterprises blossom everywhere like bamboo shoots after a spring rain.However,with the economic slowdown,it is prominent that the contradiction of the domestic manufacturing enterprises overcapacity,market competition further intensified.The Classic Business Mode of the manufacturing enterprises,"three low and one high"(low cost,low price,low quality,high yield),has come to an end.There is a pressing need for development changes.As part of the manufacturing sector,component manufacturing enterprises in our region is also affected by it.Numerous small and medium-sized parts manufacturing enterprises due to poor economic situation was forced to close.Salary as an important part of the operating costs of enterprise will undoubtedly stand at the forefront of reform,while piecework salary system as the main form of the small and medium-sized component manufacturing enterprises have become the core and the focus of this paper.The main purpose of piecework system to just encourage efficient production has past,that is not suitable for the needs of the new situation.It is necessary to change.This is a small business enterprise T as an example,with my own work experience,re design of existing piecework compensation system.This paper mainly launches the research from the following aspects:the first chapter,the introduction part mainly discusses the background and significance of this research,combined with the domestic and foreign development situation of piecework compensation system,determine the objectives of the thesis,the research methods of the thesis and point out the possible innovations;the second chapter,the main part of the theory outline the salary management theory,the prediction of development trend,and discussed the position of the piece salary system in compensation management;the third chapter,the comparative analysis of Germany and Japan,as well as the large and small parts manufacturing enterprise compensation system,providing a strong realistic sense of support for the reconstruction of the T piecework compensation system;the fourth chapter,After a rough investigation of the questionnaire and interviews,the answer gives a general understanding of the present situation and the problems of the piecework compensation system of T enterprises,and gives a detailed overview of the reasons;at last,the fifth chapter,about the optimization design program for example on company T,after re-enacting the salary level and structure,combined with the principle of making a consistent with the company's compensation system,and through the management personnel,institutional and other measures to ensure the smooth implementation of.
