As an important form of incentive compensation, the piece wage enhanced the incentive, which can mobilize the employee’s enthusiasm greatly. Piece wage reflecting the principle of "Distribution According to Work and More Pay for More Work:". In the meanwhile, it enables enterprises to reduce a large amount of labor supervision and avoid certain labor conflict, which can make the management more ordering and standardization. Piece wage has become an important form of wage distribution in our modern enterprise.Firstly, the research analyzed the current piece wage that the W enterprise are implementing now; secondly, based on the current piece wage, conducted a comprehensive diagnosis by the questionnaire survey which including open and closed questionnaire and interview method; Finally, for more outstanding issues, the paper did a deep analysis and propose countermeasures according to the corporations circumstance. Establishing the management system and distribution scheme which can match the modern enterprise system, enterprise and staff development, then fully arouse the enthusiasm of employee and maximize the development of enterprise human resource potential, promote more scientific and rational piecework pay system.The article is divided into six part:Part1:Introduction. This chapter mainly introduced the background of this research, its research significance, purpose, the design and content, the methods and innovations of this study.Part2:This chapter expounded the basic theory of piece wage. Analyzed and summarized the piece wage design, calculation and the current implementing, existing problems countermeasures.Part3:This chapter analyzed the present situation of the enterprise. Including the introduction of the W enterprise and analysis of its background, then the current implementation of the piece wage.Part4: This chapter diagnosed the problem of the piece wage in W enterprise. From the standard design of the piece wage, the content, time of piece wage to analysis its problems.By participating in the investigation and analysis on piecework employees at the same time, analyzed the shortcomings of the enterprise’s piece wage deeply, laying the foundations for optimizing the company’s piece wage.Part5:This chapter brought out the countermeasures according to the corporations circumstance. Analyzed the situation of the company and staff involved in the piece, then give the solutions according to the current problems.Part6:This chapter carried out the conclusion and prospect of this research.Imply the research into practice enable the company to develope better and faster in the fierce market competition. Besides, provides a reference to other state institutions.
