Abstract/Summary:
With the development of China’s economy,the risk protection function of the insurance industry has become more prominent,and it is of great significance in people’s daily life and social security.Insurance companies bear the important responsibility of promoting the development of the insurance industry and improving insurance protection.Therefore,insurance companies put forward higher requirements for their modern enterprise management model.Faced with huge market opportunities and the need to build a high-level,high-quality elite team and training system,the current human resource management of insurance companies is also urgently to move to a higher level.Under such circumstances,this paper takes Shaanxi Branch of SE Life Insurance Company as an example.Based on the analysis of research background and research results,it is concluded through field investigation that there is a lack of training needs analysis in the online training work of Shaanxi Branch of SE Life Insurance Company.Problems such as insufficient curriculum design and imperfect training evaluation,and proposed an online training improvement program for employees of Shaanxi Branch of SE Life Insurance Company,and conducted in-depth discussions on various aspects involved in system construction.This paper puts forward the online training improvement program based on the training demand theory,Ebbinghaus forgetting curve theory and training evaluation level theory,combined with the actual situation of Shaanxi Branch of SE Life Insurance Company.In the end,this paper further perfects the online training system,and proposes related guarantee measures from three aspects: concept changing,the construction of teaching staff and system guarantee.It is hoped that this paper can provide some help with the implementation of employee training in China’s insurance companies.
