One of the important contents of human resources development is the enterprise staff training.Training refers to the company in a planned way to implement help staff study and job related ability of activity,ability including knowledge,attitudes,skills,and play a key role on job performance.The significance of training i5 to make staff in training project focuses on skills,knowledge and behavior,and these priorities can be applied to the work.aking Ningxia Branch of Pacific Life Insurance as the research object,this paper investigates the current situation of staff training in the company,and applies the methods of literature review,questionnaire svirvey,on-the-spot investigation,interview and quantitative analysis to analyze that the training objectives of Pacific Life Insurance Training can not meet the needs of enterprise talents and social development,and that the Limited teaching staff of Taibao Life Insurance Ningxia Branch has been strengthened.After failing to meet the needs of rapid growth of employees,unsatisfactory training effect,and failing to keep up with the growth of business personnel,a series of problems are needed.Guided by the relevant theory of staff training,the principles and approaches of the company training system design are put forward.The training system highlights the combination of employee training and learning theory.This paper puts forward that strengthening the standardization of training courseware and teaching content,knowledge-based training content,diversification of training methods,training should keep pace with the times,insurance awareness throughout training and training evaluation are beneficial to Pacific Life Insurance Company to improve training effect.
