With the rapid development of market economy and the unceasing progress of science and technology, it has made the globalization of the world economy to become more increasingly obvious and the various enterprises to accelerate the competition for talent. To some certain extent, competition among modern enterprises can ultimately be attributed to the competition for business venture talent, therefore the success of Human Resource Management directly related to the enterprise benefits, even the survival of enterprises.Human resource management has gone through the personnel management and human resource management stage, then there has been emerged the concept of strategic human resource management, which is the combination of strategic management and human resource management, it is a series of planned and strategic importance human resource arrangement which based on business objectives.With the continuous development and progress of management, the most advanced theory of management, human management, emerging in the world in 21st century. The human management theory emphasizes the role of human, in the theory that the human is no longer simply a tool for business to profit, but independent-minded and in dependent personality of the individuals. The company should respect people and the human nature, it should treat people as the most important resources, it should regard the comprehensive development of man as the ultimate goal of the company. It is proved that there are more and more countries carry out the theory of human management and the human management get lots of success in management. So in this paper take the instance of China Life Insurance Co. YingKou branch as a example, finding out the problems of human resources, these problems include:some employees are not suit for their jobs, some governor lack of leadership, employees have low enthusiasm, some employees can not abide the rules, some employees feel confused about their prospects and they have poor execution, through summary and analysis these issues, finding out the real reason of these problems, and point out the way to solve these problems, and finally discover the measures to ensure the plan can be performed smoothly.
