| Food safety has always been the focus of much attention from all walks of life.With the rapid development of China’s economy,food safety problems have emerged,posing a great threat to public health,and food safety issues have sparked widespread concern among public opinion.Food safety is particularly important,related to the well-being of people’s livelihood,economic development and social stability in general.The small food production and processing workshops not only meet people’s needs,but also inherit many traditional Chinese cuisines and contain China’s profound food culture,mainly in the vast rural areas,but due to their poor production infrastructure and the lack of awareness of food safety responsibilities,the food safety problems of small rural food production and processing workshops have become a short board of food safety supervision.As a microcosm of rural economic development,small rural food production and processing workshops accompany the construction of a new rural area and the revitalization of the countryside in China,therefore,the study on the safety supervision of small rural food production and processing workshops is of great significance.This paper mainly takes G city of Guangdong Province as an example,analyzes and studies the data related to small workshops of rural food production and processing in G city,uses literature analysis,interview method and field research method to summarize the current situation of safety supervision of small workshops of rural food production and processing in G city,and makes an objective analysis of the current problems and causes of small workshops of rural food production and processing in G city,by drawing on the regulatory experience of developed regions in China.By drawing on the regulatory experience of developed regions in China,we actively explore the countermeasures to improve the safety supervision of small rural food production and processing workshops,mainly including strengthening the regulatory force,improving the regulatory mechanism,implementing the main responsibility of small food production and processing workshops,building centralized processing areas for small rural food production and processing workshops,and promoting the common governance of multiple social entities.The research of this paper will provide reference for the subsequent research on the safety supervision of rural food production and processing small workshops and promote the healthy and orderly development of rural food production and processing small workshops. |
