Research On The Mode Of Service And Informatization For Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Service Platform On Xinyuan Science And Technology Park

This paper expounds the present situation and development of domestic and foreign typical service platform informatization for technology enterprises,and focus on the construction and development of service and informatization for XinYuan science and technology park.From the view of different development period of park and actual requirement for service and efficiency maximization and value maximization etc,based on the theoretical analysis of Value Chain Theory and Data Mining Theory and Enterprise Growth Theory and Industry Life Cycle Theory etc,it constructs a service and informatization evaluation index system from five aspects: cost and net benefit and efficiency and utility and informatization capability maturity.Through the evaluation index system and process optimization,it calculates and analyses the effectiveness of service and informatization about XinYuan park from infrastructure service and public industry service and expertise service and NC operation service,and summarizes an effective development path and operation mode of service and informatization about XinYuan park.It makes recommendations for Construction and development of service and informatization about XinYuan park from direction and key point and order and mode and forbidden zone.These results of research will provide guidelines for service and informatization of XinYuan park,and,to some extent,will provide new ideas and constructive experiences for other research in the field.
