High-end Research On Small And Medium-sized High-tech Enterprises In China

Under the new normal of economic growth,China urgently needs to solve the problem of industrial structure transformation and upgrading.The development of high-tech industry to promote industrial restructuring,high-end development is the development direction of high-tech industries,it is of great significance to study the high-end of high-tech industry.Small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises occupy an important position in high-tech industries.Accelerating the high-end development of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises can promote the transformation of economic structure effectively and promote the supply-side structural reform.Through the literature review,qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis and other methods,this paper analyzes the high-end development status of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises,constructs the influencing factors index system of the high-end development,uses principal component analysis to extract the principal components from many indicators,and analysis the industry development characteristics of the high-end development.Secondly,the selection of 44 small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises listed on the first six batches of the GEM are analyzed to study the development path of the high-end development by using gray relational analysis.The results show that: first,the taxation of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises are weakly related to the development of the high-end enterprises,which indicates that the preferential policies of taxation implemented by the state for high-tech enterprises are significant,the policy reduces the burden of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises,then they can put more money into product development;second,small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises have weak innovation capability,which is closely related to the lack of research funds,researchers and financing;third,the role of financing is not strong for small and medium enterprises in the GEM,reflected small and medium-sized high-techenterprises in the GME on the poor financing effect.For the high-end development problems of small and medium sized high-tech enterprises,this paper puts forward that the relevant departments should deepen the multi-level capital market reform,combined with the financing needs of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises,service the high-end development;the management personnel should fully understand the importance role of scientific research personnel,actively introduce and cultivate researchers.Adhering to the innovation-driven development strategy,enterprises should enhance the independent innovation capability and the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements;the government should increase special support for small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises to stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises to carry out technological innovation,and fast promote the high-end of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises.Small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises play an increasingly important role in the development of social and economy,the high-end of high-tech enterprise becomes commanding point of national core power.The content of this paper fills the high-end research blank of small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises and further enriches the high-end research result of high-tech enterprises.In addition,the use of gray relational analysis is one of the innovative points.Meanwhile,we can find out the correlation degree between the high-end influencing factors and the high-end development.
