After decades of reform and opening up,Chinese enterprises were able to keep pace with the rapid growth of China's exports company is a relatively early establishment of Dalian area export-oriented and focused on the foundry production enterprises.Throughout the course of study of L company,you can see the enterprises in international trade due to the external environment changing drifting in the sink,as the global political and economic and trade pattern of changeable,together with the speeding up of scientific and technological progress,the enterprise is faced with many new situations and new changes,how to determine the next step developing direction,to realize the development goals is urgent task in front of the business operators.This paper first strives to master the opportunity or advantage that L company faces.It studies the external environment of the enterprise from four aspects of political and legal environment,economic environment,population factor and technical factor.Through the external factor evaluation matrix,the comprehensive evaluation whether opportunity or threat will have a greater impact on the enterprise.Secondly,we strive to make it clear what L company has,investigate and analyze the existing resources,and then evaluate the enterprise's ability.Through the evaluation matrix of internal factors,we can find out which are the advantages and disadvantages in the future development of the enterprise.Then SWOT analysis method is adopted to form four different combination strategies and determine the most suitable development strategy through quantitative strategic planning matrix.Finally,the implementation plan and measures of enterprise development strategy are compiled to ensure the realization of strategic objectives.Through research and analysis,suggested that L company take intensive development strategy,that is also in the foundry industry by tidal sand and chemical(resin)sand modelling approach to customized production,but thoroughly realize enterprise produced by traditional ash to a higher value-added,higher technology content nodular cast iron production,technical link in cast iron inoculation the fundamentals.Input equipment,facilities,such as resources,with the introduction of external forces combined with grey iron production experience for many years to raise the level of research and development,so as to ensure that the cost control with the customized production,increase the intensity of Japan give priority to the overseas market development,seize the due to environmental factors,which could lead to an increase in the domestic area of the casting orders opportunities,expand market share both at home and abroad,ductile iron castings to boost enterprise from big to strong,continuous development.
