In recent years, the worldwide powder metallurgy factories have moved to China, which has brought great impact on our native powder metallurgy enterprises.The factories in China relying on the price advantage of competitive advantages of powder metallurgy products show low state now.Combined with the local less developed powder metallurgy production equipment and processing technology, the factories which wish to create high-end products production capacity is insufficient, lacking the strength to compete with international brand and strategy, and most of the export products are mid-range powder metallurgy parts. LZCH company was founded in 1984, although the international production equipment has been introduced since 2008, but most of the equipment in the companies is still domestic product, production efficiency and the process is not satisfactory. And because the world’s advanced automatic production equipment is of high price and high maintenance cost, the company has not decided to replace the original equipment, which makes the company can not improve its products,leading to the quality performance stagnation.In exploring international markets, LZCH company mainly show themselves through business website like the enterprise network,and the buyers look for the company and trade actively. This way was quite effective when LZCH company had just become international.But with the advent of the era of network,the domestic powder metallurgy companies registered in trade network login, as an international buyer when selecting powder metallurgical trade seller they cannot effectively filter, causing LZCH company selected probability is not high, so the main customers of LZCH international trade company in recent years are the company’s old customers. Due to a lack of understanding of the international company, the road of LZCH companies actively seeking international buyers is not smooth, and they had to supplies to the international market through the form of the secondary supplier, which leads to the low profit of the export products, and can not play the supporting role in the great development of the enterprise. When the international powder metallurgy enterprise is in China and developing vigorously, LZCH company has entered the bottleneck in the development of period. If this kind of circumstance has not been improved, it is bound to bring LZCH a great threat for the development of the company and even survival. Facing the international market development bottleneck, how to further break through the existingsituation, and open the high-end international market, and grow themselves, at the same time it can develop into an international company of a technology foundation, economic scale, capital advantage, and market advantage and sustainable development ability, not only does LZCH company need to consider the current development problem, also the domestic numerous powder metallurgy smes need to jointly solve the problem.This paper, by using the basic knowledge of international market development,combining research of LZCH company’s enterprise, through the analysis of LZCH company international market development scale, and market share, find companies various problems of the development of the international market.To solve these problems,this paper uses IFE internal factors analysis and multi-index comprehensive analysis to carry on the comprehensive evaluation on enterprise’s production ability, marketing ability,service ability and so on, so as to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, related strategic suggestions are put forward for the company in terms 0f the reasonable international market development. Not small streams, beyond into jianghai. I believe that the international market development strategy for LZCH company will bring a new opportunity, also they will provide some reference for other powder metallurgy enterprises.
