With the progress of globalization and intensifies of international market competition, marketing strategy is paid increasingly attention by theorists and export enterprises. For export foundries, they also face fierce market competition, and should strengthen making and updating their international marketing strategies to maintain sustainable competitive. So, it’s necessary to study on international marketing strategy of Hunan Welldone Company, an export foundry.This dissertation is based on4Ps theory and STP theory, and takes Hunan Welldone Company as a case to study. At first, it points out the problem of market strategy and marketing mix strategy of this company and analyzes the origin. Then, it applies comprehensively analysis mode of PEST, Porter’s Five Forces Mode and SWOT to research marketing environment, Strengths and Weaknesses, using STP theory to segment and select target market, positioning the products. Finally, according to4Ps theory, it designs more competitive product, pricing, placing and promotion strategies for Hunan Welldone Company, and also offers relevant safeguards.
