The arrival of the era of vuca makes the world today has entered a period of rapid development and change. Enterprises face increasingly fierce competition, companies need to enhance their competitiveness in order to get rid of the crisis of development. Innovation has been recognized as an effective means for global enterprises remain invincible in the turbulent environments. Nowadays, human resources has increasingly become the key and the most active factor of the enterprise, plays an important role in the promotion of innovation capability of enterprises and improve enterprise innovation performance. How does the practice of human resource management act on enterprise innovation performance has become an important topic in academic circles. Based on this, through the reading of literature, the author found that the new view of knowledge absorptive capacity. In this paper, we take the capability of absorbing the knowledge into consideration, to explore the role of knowledge absorptive capacity plays in between human resource management practices and innovation performance.Collect the related theory on human resource practices, absorptive capacity and innovation performance, found the shortage of the past research and put forward the model and the assumptions of this article. Design the questionnaire and collect the data, conducted analysis and relevant studies to verify the proposed hypothesis. Finally, discuss the research results, on the basis of theoretical and empirical analysis, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures of human resource management practice in enterprises, and puts forward the shortcomings of this study and future research directions.Results of this study indicate that, the practice of human resource management has positive effect on innovation performance and knowledge absorptive capability. And the knowledge absorptive capability also plays a mediating role between human resource management practices and innovation performance. That is, On the one hand, the practice of human resource management that enterprises have adopted influence the innovation performance of enterprises directly. On the other hand, it also affected by the enterprise knowledge absorptive capacity and thus indirectly promote the enterprise innovation performance.
