Human resource management is an important part of enterprise management, advanced human resource management system can effectively attract, retain and motivate employees, and thus plays an important role in sustainable development and enhance competitiveness of enterprises. With the rapid development of Mongolia’s economy, further opening up of Mongolia companies were gradually integrated into the world market. Enterprise human resource management is bound to the same world, take a standardized, market-oriented path. Human resources management is an important part of business management, is becoming constraints Mongolian enterprises to grow. This article first child of each module of human resources management in the field of conceptual elaboration, combing the current academic research human resources management modules made. Subsequently, the Mongolian enterprises currently exist in human resource management issues in-depth analysis, especially by means of Ulan Bator A trading company, for example, the use of questionnaires, the status of human resource management in Mongolia for analysis. Children from six modules, analyzes of human resource management in Mongolia many problems arise seated reasons for current students. Finally, according to the Mongolian national human resource management problems in terms of human resource planning, recruitment and hiring, training and development, compensation management, performance management and labor relations, which gives children six modules corresponding countermeasures.
