Research Of Financial Transformation Based On Financial Shared Services

At present,in order to adapt to the rapidly changing external environment of enterprises and meet the needs of internal development of enterprises,financial personnel begin to participate in all aspects of enterprise management to help enterprises realize greater value.It can be seen that many financial workers in large enterprises have changed their roles and directions to focus on the operation management and decision support of enterprises.The financial sharing center with high informationization degree is proved to be an effective means.On the one hand,the use of modern new technology reduces the cost of enterprises and improves the quality of accounting.On the other hand,the development of financial sharing service can clearly distinguish the work of accounting and management accounting,give full play to the role of financial management,complement each other and develop in coordination until the goal of financial transformation is achieved.In the actual research,this paper adopts literature research method,case study method,expert interview method and other research methods,conducts an in-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of M company's financial transformation,and gives a feasible plan for M company's subsequent financial transformation.Through research,it is found that the implementation of financial sharing in M company as a whole has indeed reached the original goal of M company,and the internal financial work efficiency has been significantly improved,and the financial transformation has also benefited from the smooth establishment of financial sharing.But in the process of transformation of financial found new problems,such as the imperfection of the system construction,the internal capital control difficulty and contradiction between business department and financial department,lack of talent training and lack of necessary talents incentive mechanism,aiming at some problems found in the study,this paper also gives the Suggestions,including: strengthening the construction of system integration,set up a capital budget mechanism,strengthen the communication between industry goods,the establishment of a new talent development path and improve the system of assessment of compensation,etc.In addition,the industry characteristics of M company also affect the implementation of financial transformation after the completion of the construction of the financial sharing center.It is hoped that the research in this paper will provide some reference value for companies preparing to adopt construction financial sharing for financial transformation.
