A Case Study On The Financial And Business Integration Of D Group Company

Under the setting of today’s rapid development of information technology,the industry competition environment faced by enterprises is changing with each passing day,which requires enterprises to have efficient management capabilities,and the focus of enterprise financial management has also shifted to the direction of value creation.Under this objective situation,the integration of financial business has become an important way for today’s enterprises to improve their management capabilities and deal with the competitive environment,and it can effectively supervise large group enterprises.Therefore,the integration of financial business has become the general trend of enterprise development,and has gradually gained the popularity of Chinese enterprises.D Group Company has adhered to the concept of financial and business integration in the development of many years,and has achieved certain results,which have certain research value.This paper takes Chinese large household appliance manufacturing enterprises as the research object,adopts case analysis method and literature research method,and analyzes and discusses the development process and effect of D Group Company’s implementation of financial and business integration for many years.This paper firstly introduces the research background and significance,and summarizes the domestic and foreign research results of financial and business integration,and expounds the relevant content of financial and business integration,including definition,characteristics and theoretical basis;secondly,it introduces D Group Company in detail.Implementing three development stages of financial and business integration,and on the basis of the above theoretical basis and case development,analyzes the implementation effect of D Group Company financial and business integration in three aspects: finance,business and management;Three inspirations from the business integration work;finally draw conclusions based on the whole research,hoping to provide reference for other companies to implement financial and business integration.Although there still has space for improvement in the implementation of financial and business integration,D Group Company has achieved good results,and its development process still has certain learning significance.This paper hopes that through the case study of D Group Company’s financial and business integration,it can enrich the research examples of financial business integration in my country,and also provide some references for enterprises that are trying to integrate financial business and start-up companies preparing to implement financial and business integration.
