With the development of macro economy and science and technology,the country’s economic growth has slowed down from a medium to high level,and emerging smart technologies,represented by big data,blockchain,artificial intelligence and cloud computing,have developed rapidly,making the business environment more complex.The traditional financial management mode of separating industry and finance has been unable to meet the cross-regional group management needs of large enterprises.Therefore,the establishment of a financial sharing center and the integration and optimization of industry and finance have become an important strategic direction of the group’s financial transformation under the background of the new era.Financial sharing center breaks the traditional way of financial accounting,helps enterprises reduce costs and increase efficiency,improve the level of financial management,and provides a series of guarantees for the integration of industry and finance,such as data basis,management basis and personnel organization basis.The integration of industry and finance focuses on the internal management of enterprises,and the processing of business and financial information is more standardized,centralized and precise,which helps to strengthen the internal control and risk management of enterprises.Therefore,the implementation of industry-finance integration optimization under the mode of financial sharing has important practical significance for enterprise groups to achieve digital transformation.This paper uses case analysis,literature research,expert interview,inductive analysis and other methods to study the optimization of the integration of industry and finance under the mode of financial sharing.Firstly,this paper reviews the domestic and foreign financial sharing and industry-finance integration as well as their cross studies,understands the theoretical basis of industry-finance integration and financial sharing,introduces the connotation,characteristics and relationship of industry-finance integration under the financial sharing mode,and proposes that financial sharing is the foundation and foundation for realizing industry-finance integration.Yunnan Baiyao,a typical pharmaceutical enterprise that implements the integration of industry and finance under the mode of financial sharing,is selected as the case to introduce the construction process and current situation of its financial sharing center,analyze the role of the financial sharing center in its operation and management and the integration of industry and finance,and the way Yunnan Baiyao implements the integration of industry and finance based on the mode of financial sharing.By means of comparative analysis of business data and financial data,this paper evaluates the implementation effect of financial integration in Yunnan Bai Pharmaceutical at the present stage,and further explains the necessity of financial integration.This paper points out the existing problems of the integration of industry and finance in business process,information construction and talent system at the present stage,and puts forward targeted optimization schemes from the aspects of business process reengineering,data efficient management,intelligent technology drive and talent system guarantee.Finally,the conclusion is drawn: the integration of industry and finance optimization is the only way to digital transformation of enterprises.The integration of industry and finance optimization needs multiple guarantees such as technology,system,talent and concept,and the outlook of the future digital development of enterprises. |
