Study On The Influencing Factors Of Farmers Cooperatives Adoption Of Modern Agricultural Technology In Jilin Province

As the primary productive force,science and technology is an important support for rural rejuvenation and the core driving force for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.The current problem we faced are that many major agricultural needs was lack of effective scientific and technological support,and a large number of scientific and technological achievements are difficult to be applied.Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has been highly concerned about the development of agricultural modernization was requested for in-depth implementation of innovation-driven development strategies,improve the level of agricultural equipment and informatization,address the "last km" issue of the scientific and technological achievements,and raise the level of popularization of modern agricultural technology.As an important new agricultural operation subject,farmer cooperatives are demanders and users of modern agricultural technology and play an important role in the process of agricultural modernization.However,under the influence of many factors,modern agricultural technology is not widely and deeply utilized in cooperatives,which is not conducive to the realization of agricultural modernization.This paper has an empirical analysis of the influencing factors of the behavior of modern agricultural technology adopted by farmers' cooperatives in Jilin Province,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.This paper is based on the accumulation of 2017 ? 2019 in Jilin province farmer cooperatives development survey data and 128 farmers' cooperative running well in Jilin province survey questionnaire data,on the basis of research results at home and abroad for reference,first of all,using farmer cooperatives development survey data analysis,preliminary grasp of Jilin province farmer cooperatives development situation and main problems.Then,the descriptive analysis of the research data of 128 farmer cooperatives is conducted to gradually clarify the use of modern agricultural technologies by farmer cooperatives and the various influencing factors affecting their use.Finally,the paper makes an empirical analysis on the factors of farmer cooperatives themselves and external factors by using binary Logistic regression model,and determines the factors and degree affecting the adoption of modern agricultural technology in farmer cooperatives.The research shows that,influenced by itself and external factors,the adoption rate of modern agricultural technology in Jilin province farmer cooperatives is 67.1%.The factors of the farmers' cooperatives include: the cultural level of the director,whether to hold the social position,the number of members,whether the fund is abundant,the ability of technology supply,and management level.External environmental factors include external guidance,training and policy support.Among them,the factors with positive correlation and strong influence include the cultural level of the director,social position,technology supply capacity,management level,external guidance,training and policy support.The factors with positive correlation but not obvious influence are the number of members and the abundance of funds or not.On the basis of empirical research on the influencing factors of farmer cooperatives' behavior of adopting modern agricultural technology in Jilin province,from the farmer cooperatives own factors and the external environment analysis of influence factors and influence degree,to promote farmer cooperatives to the adoption of modern agricultural technology,must improve the external macro environment,and to strengthen the construction of farmers' cooperatives themselves.
