Interactive Relationship Of The Sustainability Evaluation Subjects Of Major Infrastructure Projects

Major infrastructure projects are a type of large-scale public projects that have an important impact on my country's politics,economy,society,technological development,environmental protection,public health,and national security.At present,there are few studies on the evaluation of the sustainability of major projects at home and abroad,and there are urgent problems to be solved in the identification,classification and interaction of evaluation entities.The scientific selection of evaluation subjects and the study of the interaction between the subjects help to obtain objective and true evaluation results,which have important theoretical value and practical significance.The research in this article mainly includes the following three parts.The first part summarizes the theoretical basis of the evaluation subject research by combing and analyzing domestic and foreign literature.It defines the concepts of major projects,sustainable development,and stakeholders,summarizes the principles,methods,and indicators of document measurement analysis,and summarizes the calculation formulas and corresponding meanings of key indicators in social network analysis.The second part summarizes the research trends and research hotspots in the field of major engineering stakeholders through the method of literature measurement analysis.Through the literature analysis method,an initial set of major project stakeholders is obtained,and the relationship between the stakeholders and the evaluation subject is analyzed to identify the set of evaluation subjects.According to the questionnaire,according to the scores of the evaluation subjects in the three subdivision dimensions,the evaluation subjects of major projects are classified,and the characteristics of the evaluation subjects are analyzed.The third part is based on the identification and classification of subjects,based on social network theory,through investigation and analysis,with the help of UCINET6 software to build a multi-dimensional composite social network model of major engineering sustainable evaluation subjects and a single-dimensional social network based on four dimensions The model also analyzes the indicators of the social network model and evaluates the interaction between subjects in multi-dimensional networks and single-dimensional networks.The results show that the interaction between subjects will affect the objectivity of the final evaluation results.Finally,based on the analysis results and drawing on the experience of foreign countries and other industries,suggestions for improvement of the evaluation subject's participation in the process of sustainable evaluation are put forward.
