Research On The Coordination Relationship Between Urbanization Quality And Speed In Urban Agglomeration Areas

After more than 40 years of reform and opening up,China's urbanization process has entered a stage of rapid development,and a development model based on urban agglomerations has emerged.Economic development has promoted the continuous expansion and sustainable development of cities.The Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration is in an important period of rapid urbanization,transformation and upgrading of the economic structure,and the rapid advancement of socialist modernization.The general trend is to continuously develop a new type of urbanization with socialism with Chinese characteristics.As an important part of Shandong's urban system,the development of the quality and speed of urbanization in the county area is related to the overall level of urbanization development.Both high speed and high quality must be pursued.This study is based on the coupling coordination model,focusing on the regional differences in urbanization quality and speed during the study period,in-depth study of the coordinated development status of urbanization quality and speed,and grasping the coupling and coordination relationship between the two.The countermeasures and suggestions of the urbanization development in the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration area provide a theoretical reference for the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration to create a harmonious and harmonious urbanization development model.Based on the coupling coordination model,this paper summarizes the research contents of urbanization quality and urbanization speed at home and abroad and related research progress,summarizes the research on urbanization and other aspects of different scholars from different perspectives in different periods,and discusses the Shandong Peninsula in depth The scientific connotation of the quality and speed of urbanization of urban agglomerations has built a comprehensive evaluation index of urbanization quality of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomerations at five levels: economic development,social development,population development,ecological environment,and urban-rural co-financing.The system,supported by statistical data,measured the urbanization quality of 39 counties in the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration in 2000,2005,2010,2015,and 2017,and obtained its spatial and temporal characteristics based on the results of the calculation.Using the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree model,the coupling and coordination relationship between urbanization quality and speed in the county area of the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration is measured,and its temporal and spatial changes are found and summarized.From the four aspects of government policy,economic development level,regional industrialization degree and public infrastructure,the factors that affect the urbanization development of urban agglomeration areas are analyzed,and the corresponding regional urbanization countermeasures are proposed based on the divided coupling and coordination types.The main research conclusions of this article are as follows:1.The speed of urbanization in the Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration is extremely rapid.It has increased by 17.97% in the past 17 years,with an average annual growth rate of about 1.06 percentage points.During the study period,the urbanization rate of each county also increased year by year.The urbanization rate of each municipal jurisdiction is in a high level of urbanization in the base year of the study.2.In the dynamic change of the coupling and coordination relationship,the coupling degree value of each municipal jurisdiction is higher than that of the county area,and the coupling type is in the running-in period.The coupling index of the municipal jurisdiction shows an upward trend and develops towards a high coupling.The types of coupling and coordination between the two are mostly imbalanced types,showing low-level and stable time-series characteristics on the five time sections;the spatial differences are obvious during the study period,and some county areas are higher than the municipal jurisdiction,showing the development trend of "east high west low".3.Analyzed the factors affecting the urbanization development of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration from four aspects: government policy,economic development level,regional industrialization degree and public infrastructure.Put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for different types of regions.In view of the two different situations that occur in areas with mild imbalances,development paths such as strengthening public infrastructure construction,making up for shortcomings in development,economically driven development,and "adapting to local conditions" are proposed.Aiming at areas with moderate and imminent imbalances,suggestions for following national development policies,conforming to regional open environments,relying on regional development advantages,and promoting the citizenization of rural populations are proposed.
