Human resource management refers to the effective use of relevant internal human resources within the organization through management methods such as recruitment,selection,training,and compensation under the guidance of economics and human resource recruitment,to ensure that the organization's current and future needs are ensured,and the organizational goals achievedThe master's thesis is devoted to the study of human resources management of a trade organization and ways to improve it.The first chapter sets the main objectives of the study,describes the background of the problem,as well as the novelty and value of the work.The second chapter defines the concept of “human resource management”,explores the theoretical foundations of the composition,as well as the structure of human resource management.The third chapter describes the human resource management system in Russia,its features and main problems.In the fourth chapter,the human resources management of the enterprise “Agrotorg” LLC,the Pyaterochka supermarket,is studied,and its structure and key indicators are analyzed.The qualitative and quantitative composition of the personnel of the enterprise,its movement,and also the formation of the wage fund were analyzed.In the fifth chapter,the main directions of improving the management of human resources of the enterprise are formed.Measures to increase the effectiveness of human resource management at the Pyaterochka supermarket were developed.The results of the research are shown in Conclusion.
