Xi stressed that innovation is always an important force for the development of a country and a nation.As a major developing country,China is making great efforts to transform its economic development pattern and adjust its economic structure.We must implement the strategy of innovation-driven development.To implement the strategy of innovation-driven development,we need to promote comprehensive innovation with scientific and technological innovation as the core,adhere to the direction of demand orientation and industrialization,and adhere to the dominant position of enterprises in innovation.The innovation of enterprises is influenced by many factors.However,in order for an enterprise to innovate better,two key factors are indispensable: one is the enterprise culture that can influence the enterprise for a long time and promote innovation;the other is the backbone for innovation--knowledge employees.Based on the enterprise culture,this paper studies the correlation among enterprise culture,knowledge employees loyalty and innovation performance.Research on the following three questions :(1)which type of culture can improve the loyalty of knowledge employees?(2)which type of culture is more conducive to the growth of innovation performance?(3)which dimensions of loyalty of knowledge employees are the key factors for corporate culture to influence innovation performance? By answering these questions,it can provide some suggestions on how to build and shape the culture of enterprises,how to better retain excellent talents,and how to improve the innovation performance.This paper classifies enterprise culture into two dimensions: employee-oriented culture and task-oriented culture.The loyalty of knowledge employees is divided into three dimensions: affective commitment,normative commitment and continuance commitment.Innovation performance is divided into two dimensions: enterprise innovation performance and employee innovation performance.The previous mature scale was used to conduct a questionnaire survey to 377 knowledge employees through We Chat.Then SPSS and AMOS were used to analyze 336 valid samples,and bootstrapmethod was used to test the mediation effect of loyalty of knowledge employees.The following conclusions are drawn :(1)the employee-oriented culture can improve the affective commitment of employees,while the task-oriented culture can improve the normative and continuance commitment.(2)both employee-oriented culture and task-oriented culture can promote the improvement of employee innovation performance.The positive impact of employee-oriented culture on innovation performance was stronger.(3)from the perspective of the mediating role of employee loyalty: affective commitment and continuance commitment play a mediating role between enterprise culture and innovation performance,and emotional loyalty has a greater impact on innovation performance.Normative commitment has no effect on innovation performance.Based on the above conclusions the paper put forward the following suggestions:(1)when in the recruitment selection,chose those consistent with corporate culture(2)when employees are working in the company,give them support in all kinds of ways(3)establish open and innovative employees oriented culture(4)using public relations strategies in order to establish a better corporate image.
