| With the continuous development of the economy,it brings both opportunities and challenges to enterprises.If an enterprise wants to stand out in the fierce competition,it cannot do without the contributions of knowledge-based employees.Knowledge workers can play an important role in the future development of enterprises,promote technological progress,and create enterprise value without knowledge workers.In reality,it is difficult for insurance companies in China to attract and retain knowledge based employees,who are affected by various factors and have low loyalty to the company,which can have a negative impact on the development of the company.For companies,their management should pay more attention to the problem of low loyalty of knowledge workers,promptly understand the reasons for low loyalty of knowledge workers,and propose solutions to lay a solid foundation for the development of the company.This article takes the knowledge-based employees of T Insurance Company as the research object,based on relevant foreign research theories,and adopts interview and questionnaire methods to conduct a questionnaire survey on the knowledge-based employees of T Insurance Company.The factors related to the loyalty of knowledge-based employees are identified and further analyzed,including compensation and benefits,training and development,work environment,performance appraisal,job satisfaction,company managers,and company development Analyze the nine aspects of corporate culture and interpersonal relationships,and propose corresponding strategies for the existing problems.Based on the actual situation of T Insurance Company,this article proposes suggestions and strategies to enhance the loyalty of knowledge-based employees from three aspects:emotional loyalty,sustained loyalty,and standardized loyalty.For example,improving the company’s salary and welfare benefits,improving the fairness of performance evaluation,establishing an open talent promotion mechanism,optimizing the work environment,creating a good work atmosphere,and strengthening the construction of security measures. |
