| Under the background of the Internet era,an enterprise needs strong competitiveness to ensure its own development.Innovation plays an important role in enhancing the competitiveness and employee innovative behaviors are the elements of enterprise innovation.Therefore,employee innovation performance has become a hot topic in recent years.Organizational culture is the manifestation of the individuality advantages and differentiation advantages of an enterprise.It has a strong influence on innovation.Some studies have proved that organizational culture and organizational performance are related,but the study on the relationship between organizational culture and employee innovation performance is still lacking.At the same time,knowledge sharing was proved to be effective in promoting the flow of knowledge within the organization and improving enterprise innovation efficiency.Therefore,this study will focus on the relationship between organizational culture and employee innovation performance,and knowledge sharing will be the intermediary variable.To do this study,questionnaires were sent to employees of media enterprises and the data was collected and analyzed by using the method of quantitative analysis.The study finds that:in the four dimensions of organizational culture,clan culture,adlocracy culture,and market culture have positive impacts on knowledge sharing and employee innovation performance.Hierarchy culture have negative impacts on knowledge sharing and employee innovation performance.The two dimensions of knowledge sharing,knowledge donating and knowledge collecting have positive impacts on employee innovation performance.Knowledge sharing,knowledge donating and knowledge collecting have intermediary effect between organizational culture and employee innovation performance.Finally,this study provides some management suggestions to media enterprises according to the result of quantitative analysis. |
