In the fiercely competing knowledge economical era, the knowledge employees are the most attractive human resource to the corporation competing advantages. Thus, how to attract and keep those desired knowledge human resource has become critical for the management and administration of domestic corporations.Due to the institutional limitation on man-use and cultivation, more and more core knowledge employees drained and derived the low level of loyalty in the A company. In the thesis, the author had tried to discuss the various factors that influencing loyalty of knowledge employee from its connotation and extension, as well as to syncretize the related theory about management and organizational behavior. The purpose of this research is to combine with the newest achievement of overseas and domestic research on the employees loyalty, with the condition of serious problem of talent drain, and to analyze the situation and influential factors of knowledge employee loyalty within the domestic corporate. Based on this, the author provided effective strategy to the cultivation and promotion of knowledge employee loyalty of corporate.This thesis discusses the issue of human resource in terms of the definition and characteristic of knowledge employees, the underlying reason of the loss of human resource and the construction of influential factors to the knowledge staffs' module as per the circumstances we are facing with, which Including, Psychological contract, one-side invest, stimulation factors, external environmental factors, employee basic quality. And further makes some strategic research on the recommendation in terms of the management of human resource loyalty and the loyalty maintaining system establishment of A company according to its current situation.Because of the problems in the talents cultivation and usage, the A company has long facing with the continuously lost of core knowledge labor caused by the low level of loyalty to the organization.
