In order to meet the needs of modern development,the centralized operation of commercial banks in the background is the background operation management mode commonly adopted by mainstream international banks,and it is also the main development trend of commercial banks.In recent years,with the increasing financial disintermediation,the diversification trend of financial products has been continuously strengthened,and the complexity and difficulty of business processing and risk prevention and control have been deepening.Domestic commercial banks are facing severe transformation problems.Accelerating the construction of a customer-centric,customer-oriented approach,and pursuing efficiency expansion and revenue maximization has been widely watched by many scholars.The traditional business process and back-end management of commercial banks are becoming more and more difficult to coordinate with the development of commercial banks.The demand and pressure on market competition and risk control are increasing.Accelerating the optimization of back-office operations and accelerating the separation of front-and back-office services has become The only way for commercial banks to improve operational efficiency and core competitiveness.This paper uses research methods such as literature,questionnaires,and case studies.First,the domestic and foreign literatures are reviewed,and theories such as operation management,process reengineering,and process banking are elaborated.Secondly,the author investigates the status quo of centralized business operation management of H-Bank,analyzes the successful experience,and finds the background concentration of H-Bank from the aspects of information convergence,resource sharing,labor combination,risk management,process optimization and intelligent development.Problems in management of operations.Finally,the improvement strategy and safeguard measures for the centralized operation management of H-Bank are proposed.
