In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the city scale,China's urban rail transit has continued to develop at a high speed.The rail transit system in many cities is very complete.Both the passenger volume and the intensity of passenger traffic can rank in the world.The supervision of the entire industry is relatively strong.Large,the development status of each enterprise is relatively good,and technology is also constantly innovating and optimizing.Under this background,the biggest problem in the development of urban rail transit in China is human resources.One aspect is the insufficient of talents,and the other is that talents lack of ability.Moreover,the demand for operational talents in domestic city rail transit enterprises will rapid increase;in addition,rail transit talent training has high requirements for the hardware foundation.Due to the limitation of the simulate operation of transportation colleges and vocational colleges,driving site and other practical training,it is difficult to recruit a large number of students according to the market demand.Especially for a new metro enterprise,we should not only consider the huge shortage of professional talents caused by the rapid development of urban rail transit in China,and to take into account that the number of mature talents in early subway enterprises is far below the demand,the young staff structure,the skills and level of employees can not meet the needs of the post,which fail to build the talent team in time.It is necessary to train employees so that they can enter the state quickly and promote their own better development.Under the new situation,the construction of an efficient human resources training system can play a positive role in improving the professional quality of employees,enhancing the comprehensive capabilities of employees,increasing the internal cohesion of the enterprise,and improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise,which has a profound impact on the development of enterprises and individuals.significance.This paper takes F metro operation headquarters as the research object,and under the guidance of relevant theories and models of staff training in domestic and foreign enterprises,through interviews,questionnaire surveys,information collection and other means.First of all,the current status of the F operating branch and the organizational structure of employees were introduced in various aspects,and have a deep understanding of this company.Then start with the company's existing employee structure,consider the employee's age,education,title and other aspects.We used Kirkpatrick's four-level evaluation model,Goldstein's three-level model and other theories to analyze and diagnose the company's current employee training system,the insufficient analysis of training needs,the boring training form,the insufficient development of training resources,and the inadequate training evaluation system.And analyzed the main reasons behind the problems,such as the lack of attention to training strategies,the lack of planning for employee training,the lagging training of trainers,the uneven comprehensive quality of employees,and the insufficient career planning of employees.According to the problems and the reasons behind the enterprise,the training system maturity assessment model is used as the main guidance to optimize the training system from the four levels of organization,mechanism,resources and operation,and proposes an optimized design of the training system for the F subway operation headquarters.Enterprise should be conducted an effective demand analysis,formulating plans according to the stage of the enterprise,focusing on the development of training resources,setting up training programs at different levels,and evaluating training effects and so on.At the same time,it also provides a reference for the new subway to provide more and better management personnel,technical personnel and production personnel through the optimization of the training system.
