Research On Work Safety Standardization Management Of BW Company

In recent years,the country and the enterprise have focused on work safety standardization,not only through a policy paper emphasized the importance,also made clear it is the primary goal of the enterprise development.Not only that,work safety standardization management is the direct behavior reflection in answer to the government’s call,and also a safe and reliable guarantee to the enterprise.BW company is developing rapidly and constantly now,it will increase the scale of production,introduce more new products and recruit more new workers,the existing safety management mode has a lot of problems and it is difficult to reach the new requirements,so implementing the work safety standardization management will be the strategic target for the BW company development.Based on the work experience and a large number of literature and predecessor research results,this paper mainly researches on the work safety standardization management in industry and trade,from the research on the case of BW company,author hopes it provide reference for the similar industries who want to establish work safety standardization.First of all,this paper summarizes the literature of work safety standardization at home and abroad,and studies the status of work safety standardization management,such as some common problems,creation methods and corresponding improvement actions.Secondly,the paper analyzes the case study of BW company’s work safety standardization status.Such as the basic situation of BW Company,the implementation standards and PDCA process of BW company’s work safety standardization,then it analyzes and summarizes the evaluation score result.Through the Pareto chart analysis,the main problems in work safety standardization management of BW company are summarized and pointed out,then the causes of the main problems also be analyzed.Finally,in view of the main problems and reasons,it puts forward the improvement actions.Through the research and analysis of this paper,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Problems of BW company’s work safety standardization management are multi-faceted.Main problems are the staff safety education training system is weak;many safety issues are happened on the work site;the occupational health management is weak;the hidden danger investigation and the management aspect is weak;the emergency rescue management aspect is weak.(2)Reasons for these main problems are various.Safety consciousness of the staff is weak,BW company need to strengthen education and training system;lack of motivation system which leads to the staff lacks of active participation;the foundation of safety management is weak;risk assessment is insufficient and the potential hazards cannot be effectively controlled and resolved;investment in production safety is insufficient,which leads to safety production implementation lacks of enough support and assurance.(3)Specific improvement actions are made above the problems and reasons analysis.Strongly carry out safety education to make it deeply popular;establish multi-level motivation system,multi-level motivation differential motivation and company’s reputation motivation based on employees’ unsafe behavior,motivate workers active participation;improve occupational health management to eliminate the occupational hazards and protect employees’ health;improve and standardize the company’s operating procedures,improve workers’ skills;build a double prevention mechanism to make risks and hidden hazards are under control;strengthen emergency management,build emergency management teams and procedures,improve emergency management and response;increase safety investment to provide a strong guarantee for the work safety standardization management.
