Research On Influence Of Safety Production Standardization To Enterprises’ Safety Production

The central government and the State Council pay more attention to safety production. Especially from the reform and open to the outside world, a series of measures have been taken to strengthen safety production. The safety production of the whole country is in good condition.In order to promote safety production, inaugurate the new situation and solve the new problems during the development, The Decision to Further Strengthen Safety Production by the State Council which put forward firstly that take safety and quality standardization activities was issued in 2004. Basic Norms for Work Safety Standardization of Enterprises was issued by the State Administration of Work Safety in 2010. It explicitly regulates the working manner, targets, management mode and key elements of safe production in enterprises which made the work of safe production more operational and effective.During the vigorously growing of carrying out the safety production standardization across the country, the paper makes it as the research subject. First, through understanding present situation of safety production standardization in machinery industry, it classified summarize the type, working manner and promoting ways of the enterprises which have carried out the safety production standardization. Next, through analyzing the enthusiasm of safety production standardization in large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises, provincial enterprises, small and micro businesses, and the inside and outside influence factors of this situation, it points out the successful experiences, shortcomings and insufficiencies during promoting the safety production standardization. Then, through collecting the realistic case about The China North Car Group, organizing and analyzing the change of before-standardization and after-standardization in some enterprises, it puts forward clearly the promotion effect of safety production standardization to the safety production ability in enterprise safety rules and regulations, employee safety skills, equipment and facilities work environment safety, to security and business benefits of the enterprise.The paper aims to make the enterprises realize the function and the significance which have carried out the safety production standardization, and the enterprises acknowledge the importance and necessary which have not carried out the safety production standardization, as well as promote the safety production standardization in a deep-going way and provide practical working guides for enterprises.
